Glootn - Where Traditional Technique Meets Innovative Flavors
Problem
The challenge was to design a logo that embodies the handcrafted nature of every pasta made in their kitchen, celebrating the slight imperfections of each shape while striking a balance between organic charm and the refined elegance of a high-end restaurant. The essence of the restaurant can be felt through the logo. Every organic form is crafted to resemble a noodle, while the muted color palette pairs nicely to gently emphasize the handcrafted comfort of each dish they serve, resonating with their target audience.
Overview
This project showcases a blend of storytelling, strategy, and creativity to deliver measurable results for a brand. I developed a dynamic social media campaign that positions Glootn as a trailblazer in redefining pasta culture. By highlighting their unique fusion of innovative flavors and traditional practices, I created a narrative of authenticity and craftsmanship that consumers won't want to miss out on experiencing.
Social Direction
Social strategy focuses on storytelling, authenticity, and engagement, while content focuses on behind-the-scenes videos of the noodle-making process, kitchen prep work, shots of signature dishes, and reposts from customers. This will emphasize the craftsmanship and passion behind every plate, positioning Glootn as a destination for pasta lovers seeking both authenticity and creativity. Collaboration would also be highly focused on to keep viewers engaged. Interactive campaigns like polls or contests to engage followers (e.g., “Guess the secret ingredient in our newest pasta dish!”) would be posted from time to time. Finally, promote limited-time offers or exclusive tasting events to drive foot traffic and create a sense of urgency.
Outcome
The created Glootn identity is an approachable direction that is both modern and welcoming. The system is cohesive across all touchpoints, including typography, color palette, and brand application. Aimed to enhance market appeal and reflect its ethos.
